Account Manager

This position is responsible for maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned, current clients. The incumbent is expected to exercise initiative, discretion and independent judgment in the administration and management of each client relationship, and will serve as the primary point of contact for the client. The Account Manager ("AM") position is critical to the overall success of the company The AM will be expected to exceed expectations in all dealings with assigned clients. The AM will operate under limited supervision and will have considerable latitude in all dealings with clients. The AM is required to grasp the realities of the marketplace, negotiate with client representatives, and structure deals that result in revenues and profits for Lingo Systems.

Senior Project Manager

The incumbent is a key member of the Operations team and is responsible for developing localization solutions and workflows, timely and accurate completion of projects, providing quotes to customers for new projects, working closely with Sales Reps to maximize revenue opportunities, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. While filling a leadership role in the company, the Senior PM may serve as a mentor to Project Managers and provide project supervision over one or more Project Managers.

Project Manager

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Project Manager is responsible for managing client projects. This position consistently and successfully coordinates resources resulting in the timely and accurate completion of projects, conveys the status of projects to Senior Project Managers and Client Managers through scheduled reports, and interacts with clients during projects appropriately. This position coordinates the work of linguists and other staff members to deliver projects on time and with the needed quality.
