Process Book
The notion of quality pervades every project at Lingo Systems and, in fact, Lingo Systems performs comprehensive Quality Assurance procedures at every step in the localization process. Each of these quality steps is thoroughly documented in our comprehensive Process Book — whether performed by an actual QA specialist, or by peer review within that functional area of the project.
To ensure that every Lingo Systems employee utilizes our proven operational controls and procedures, we created the Lingo Systems Process Book. This organic book is continually updated by eight cross-functional quality teams, and every Lingo Systems employee is a member of at least one quality team. By continuously examining every aspect of our production processes, these teams ensure the highest level of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
We believe that the Lingo Systems Process Book is an important reason for our success. Lingo Systems has always been very focused on process. Indeed, we often tell our customers that process is the key to success in localization. In our view, using the proper process yields consistent, reliable results; it also helps to prevent human error that can otherwise cause problems in a localization project.
