Content Management Systems, while not yet ubiquitous, are quickly becoming a mainstream answer to the all-important question of how to localize more materials for less money.
Lingo Systems' in-house localization engineers specialize in developing custom workflows for Enterprise- level implementations of Content Management Systems. We are also experts in content migration, system maintenance, and localization workflow integration on a variety of platforms. Over the years, we have worked with a wide variety of CMS and database tools, as well as the markup languages they produce for localization. Most importantly, we understand how they work and how to work with them. Among the tools with which we have extensive experience are Author-it, Interwoven, WebWorks Publisher, and Arbortext.
Although Lingo Systems is "tool-neutral" and can work with any Content Management System, we have developed a deep understanding of Author-it, a true object-oriented CMS that features built-in localization capabilities. As Author-it's only Certified Localization Vendor in North America, we have successfully implemented a fully integrated AIT-based solution across a broad range of clients who manage print, Help, and Web content, as well as UI strings.
